Txtly sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates to end users on behalf of business professionals.

3. User Consent

Business users represent and warrant that they have obtained express prior consent from end users to receive SMS messages before entering their information into Txtly. End users can also opt-in directly via our website.

4. SMS Terms & Conditions

Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and clicking “Count Me In,” you consent to receive SMS messages from Txtly.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” We will confirm your unsubscription via SMS.
